In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update your Account details promptly if any of this information changes.

You must not share your login details with any third party. bdt222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the bdt222 support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. bdt222 may temporarily suspend your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

• Accounts must be registered using accurate personal information belonging to the account holder only.
• Providing false, misleading, or borrowed identity documents during registration or verification is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent Account closure.
• bdt222 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time using third-party identity verification services.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration charge as disclosed in the fee schedule available from the support team.

All Account Funds on the bdt222 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdt222 does not hold player funds in any foreign currency. Currency conversion charges may apply where a payment provider processes a transaction in a currency other than BDT.

Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and player verification tier; applicable limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. bdt222 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

bdt222 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment service providers, banking institutions, or network infrastructure outside of our direct control. All Funds deposited into your bdt222 Account are used for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

bdt222 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Bonus conditions.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and held as a separate Bonus balance within your Account until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions by game type vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games, card games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. • Bonus funds and winnings generated from Bonus play may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• bdt222 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer, cancel promotional credits, or void winnings generated from Bonus funds if there is reasonable evidence of Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a system error.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Uncompleted Bonuses that expire will be removed from your Account along with any associated winnings accrued during Bonus play.

• A bet is considered confirmed and final once it has been accepted by the bdt222 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.

• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules available in the sports section of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed at the point of wagering and may vary by market, event, and account tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt222 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds held within the Account:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials; impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker and match-fixing in sports betting.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin reels, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with natural human gameplay.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using the bdt222 Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity. bdt222 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple Accounts, using shared household accounts, or employing any other technique to claim the same Bonus offer more than once.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider without first engaging the bdt222 support team to resolve the matter. Chargebacks are treated as potential fraud and will result in Account closure pending investigation.

bdt222 employs fraud detection systems that monitor activity across all Accounts continuously. Players found in breach of this section will not be entitled to any refund of deposited Funds where such Funds have been used in connection with the prohibited conduct.

bdt222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity pending investigation.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as an individual subject to an active problem gambling intervention or self-exclusion order.
• Extended Account inactivity as described in Section 4.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
